About the Program

One Voice 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training ensures the highest educational standards of quality, integrity and professionalism in accord with the guidelines of the Yoga Alliance. 

Combining analytical training with guided practice, the program includes yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, asana, breath work and meditation and also offers a deep exploration of the challenges and dynamics of human relationship and self care. Upon completion of One Voice, graduates will have the tools, experience and confidence to lead exceptional multi-level yoga classes and will be certified yoga teachers at the 200-hour level. 

Our main focus in the One Voice program is to create a safe container where students can explore and embrace their unique gifts and form a community that supports each individual in finding her or his unique voice. Participants will learn how to tune into their inner wisdom and teach from their hearts as a service to others. 

The Details

One Voice incorporates the latest knowledge of fascial anatomy with purposeful and creative Yoga sequencing.

Special emphasis is placed on:

  • Accessing one's authentic voice and developing a unique core message for the classes
  • Understanding basic yogic philosophy and translating these principles in one's teaching, relationships and daily lives  
  • Understanding asana, anatomy and physiology from a functional standpoint
  • Learning innovative, non-linear approaches to movement during asana
  • Accessing the deep core in all postures
  • Creating safe, effective sequences and modifying sequences to suit each audience
  • Incorporating skillful hands-on assists and verbal cues
  • Integrating particular breath work (Pranayama) and techniques to stimulate the endocrine and lymphatic systems within the practice

One Voice is comprised of 200+ classroom hours. Additional homework includes required and recommended reading, a daily personal practice, journaling, and practice teaching hours. Students will be given opportunities to teach small sections and assist in Dima's yoga classes. 

After graduation, One Voice is committed to the ongoing personal and professional development of its new instructors and will continue to provide support, mentorship and teaching opportunities to dedicated graduates.


Dima Bosko began practicing yoga in 2000.  She has received knowledge and wisdom from many great teachers and trained extensively in a variety of yogic styles. She has completed over 650 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings including Hatha-based Yoga for Life and Stil Studio’s Fluid Yoga.  Dima is also certified in and has co-taught the Body Matrix Vinyasa Flow Teacher Training.

Developing her own style of teaching with grace and confidence, Dima brings a warm energy to her classrooms. With a firm emphasis on mindfulness during movement and connection to a greater energy source, her classes reflect her dynamic personality and sensitive heart.  Combining music, slow flow, breath work and purposeful hands-on assists, she offers a unique balance of physical challenge and deep relaxation.

As a teacher trainer, Dima is known for her calm, grounded presence and clarity of instruction. She has a genuine love for the practices of yoga and enjoys nothing more than sharing her knowledge and love of yoga with student teachers.

Anna Gammal is an established massage therapist and founder of Body n' Beyond Massage Therapy in Hopkinton, MA.   Anna has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is RYT 200 certified. She teaches Anatomy, Physiology and Myofascial techniques both nationally and internationally. She is a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, a licensed Hypnotherapist, a Certified Practitioner of Quantum Touch, Reiki I practitioner and personal trainer. Anna enjoys working in various capacities believing that good health comes from a strong balance of body, mind and soul.


Cynthia Gramer began practicing yoga in 1998 and teaching in 2002. For more than a decade she taught various styles including Bikram, Ashtanga, Power and Yin which eventually led to the development of her own unique teaching style. Since 2008, after a profound shift in consciousness which deconstructed life as she knew it, Cynthia has spent much of her time meeting with individuals and groups sharing presence and inviting awareness of our true nature. She offers retreats in both the U.S. and Canada.

One weekend per month from Sept 2017 - June 2018,
plus one Tuesday evening per month

  • Fridays 5:30pm to 9pm
  • Saturdays 10am to 6:00pm
  • Sundays 9:45am to 5:30pm
  • Tuesdays 6pm to 9pm


  • $500 non-refundable deposit to save your spot (will be applied to full tuition)
  • $2,750 if paid by May 30th, $2,900 after May 30th, 2017. 
  • Payment plans are available on a case by case basis.
