One Voice 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training ensures the highest educational standards of quality, integrity and professionalism in accord with the guidelines of the Yoga Alliance.

Combining analytical training with guided practice, the program integrates yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, asana, breath work and meditation.  In addition, the program emphasizes exploration of the Self and that of the challenges and dynamics of human relationships and self care. Upon completion of One Voice, graduates will have the tools, experience and confidence to lead purposeful multi-level yoga classes. They will be certified yoga teachers at the 200-hour level.

Our main focus in the One Voice program is to teach yoga from a functional standpoint (Yoga which supports the movement patterns that are necessary for us to function in our daily lives).  Also, we create a safe container where students can explore and embrace their unique gifts and form a community that supports each individual in finding her or his unique voice. Ultimately participants learn how to tune into their inner wisdom and teach from their hearts as a service to others.

Dima began practicing yoga in 2000.  She has received knowledge and wisdom from many great teachers and trained extensively in a variety of yogic styles. In addition to completing over 650 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings, Dima has done extensive inner work and is committed to showing up with her deepest truth.

Developing her own style with grace and confidence, Dima brings a warm energy to her classrooms. With a firm emphasis on mindfulness, functional movement and connection to source, her classes reflect her dynamic personality and sensitive heart.  Combining movement, music, breath work hands-on assists and themes of presence, she delivers a class experience that is purposeful and balanced with physical challenge and exploration of our true nature.

As a teacher trainer, Dima is known for her calm, grounded presence and clarity of instruction. She has a genuine love for the practices of yoga and loves to share her knowledge and passion with student teachers.

Kelsey’s interest in teaching people how to heal themselves started at Quinnipiac University where she received her Bachelors of Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees. While at school she participated on the Division 1 Girls’ Hockey Team which sparked her passion for enhancing athletic performance. Working closely with strength and conditioning coaches she was able to gain a deeper understanding in sports specific programming. Her passion of form and function grew as she pursued her 200 hour yoga teacher certification. As an RYT, her classes are both fluid and challenging, fusing together awareness and technique in a compassionate connection. Blending pranayama and physicality mindfully, Kelsey's integration of yoga asanas and theory with her physical therapy education enhances the mind body connection and promotes the healing process.

Cynthia began practicing yoga in 1998 and teaching in 2002. For more than a decade she taught various styles including Bikram, Ashtanga, Power and Yin which eventually led to the development of her own unique teaching style. Since 2008, after a profound shift in consciousness which deconstructed life as she knew it, Cynthia has spent much of her time meeting with individuals and groups sharing presence and inviting awareness of our true nature. She offers retreats in both the U.S. and Canada.
