About Us

Our mission is to embody the teachings of yoga and make them practical to your life.

Our trainings provide an understanding of the fundamentals of yoga along with a deep exploration of the Self, so that you may understand yourself, live an authentic life and employ your own unique approach to teaching. We lead you through a powerful and meaningful journey and along the way empower you with the tools you need to live your life in harmony and with conviction. All of our programs offer experiences related to inner knowing and understanding of yourself as nature. Therefore you are reminded every step of the way that your existence is not random but a precious manifestation of creation, full of mystery, wonder and delight.

Given the depth and substance of the materials involved, our programs requires a combination of commitment, accountability and courage as well as a sincere desire to know what is true about yourself beyond the physical dimension. Most importantly it demands an openness to the possibility of a higher mind that is intelligent and trustworthy and a devotional inclination to something larger than your ego self.

Dima Bosko

I'm the the creator of One Voice Yoga and my interest lies in the practical application of spiritual illumination, embodiment practices and functional movement. As a student of consciousness for many years, I have thousands of hours of trainings in the field of yoga, meditation and somatic awareness. I have also spent many years immersed in women’s circles and ceremonies with wise elders and embodiment experts from around the world. In addition, I have trained in a number of different modalities like Integrated Energy Therapy, Reiki, Dynamic Neural Retraining System and Somatic based meditation techniques. Most importantly, my work is grounded in my own recovery from states of suffering including depression, anxiety, addiction and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

In my yoga classes I combine movement, breath work, music, touch and chanting to deliver unique group experiences.

I am also a certified Gene Keys guide and lead somatic awareness group sessions as well as recorded meditations to embody the Gene Keys teachings.

Kelsey Britton

Kelsey's doctoral degree in physical therapy, as well as her years of practice in the field, empower her with a unique perspective on body mechanics and functional movement. In addition to her professional excellence, Kelsey has been an athlete all her life which gives her an experiential application along with the theoretical and analytical understanding. Kelsey’s passion for form and function grew even stronger as she pursued her 200 hour certification in yoga and began to teach.

Kelsey’s classes fuse together functional movement, breath work and presence in a mindful and compassionate connection.

While Kelsey has a deep interest in the healing process, her biggest passion lies in empowering humans with the mindfulness and understanding needed to care for their own bodies in a way that promotes longevity of function and overall well being.
