Spa Yoga
Join Dima and her team of One Voice assistants for a guided journey of healing, rest and delight! Immerse yourself in the ambient universe of the senses in a candle lit setting, with beautiful scents and gorgeous music.
Dima will guide you through a unique experience where you will flow through some gentle yoga poses while she and her team offer Reiki and skillful massage. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, vibrant and connected.

Ecstatic Flow
Ecstatic Flow takes you on a journey of healing, connection and pure joy. The class begins with gentle yoga that builds gradually into ecstatic dance. Dima shows you creative somatic movements and other tools that help release energy blockages and regulate the nervous system (i.e. the lymphatic shake, breath work and sound vocalization). The class is a hybrid of music compilations by Craig Bosko and Live music performance by Patino Vazquez and Dima Bosko. The experience culminates in the healing vibrations of sound which includes medicine songs and mantras that open the heart and aligns you to the highest harmonies and frequencies of intelligence and light.
